Preliminaries

Our website is accessible to you in accordance with the Terms and Conditions (“TaC”) stated below. We recommend you read them carefully before placing any order on www.casa-italia.com. Please note that we may change our TaC occasionally, therefore please check back regularly. If you do not agree to any of the changes made, you should stop using this website.

Orders

Orders can only be placed online. When placing your order you are asked to indicate your size. Since PayPal is used as a method of payment, at the checkout you will be redirected to either PayPal’s official website which will handle your transaction on behalf of CASA ITALIA LTD, or you can also pay using any major credit/debit card. 

 

Prices

All prices stated on www.casa-italia.com are in GBP (pounds sterling) and include UK VAT at the current applicable rate. Prices are subject to change. We advise you to check the current price each time you re-order.

 

Customs Duties and Taxes

All customers will be charged for the goods purchased plus shipping cost, however, as CASA ITALIA LTD only ships to countries within the European Economic Area (EEA), please note that no customs duties and/or import taxes will be charged.

 

Insurance

All items on www.casa-italia.com are insured against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit from CASA ITALIA LTD up to the point of delivery to the shipping address stated by you. Once your items have been delivered to the specified address and signed for, they are no longer covered by insurance.

Payment will be transacted through PayPal or via all major credit/debit cards.

Delivery

  • Delivery of goods purchased

We aim to dispatch all items purchased on www.casa-italia.com the next working day from receipt of order. As laid down in the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (see link above), delivery of the goods have to be effected within 30 days after the day on which the contract has been concluded. However, please be informed that we try our best to deliver your goods as soon as possible. In general, it will take up to 7 working days for your order to be delivered. If your parcel is damaged upon arrival, we recommend either refusing the delivery or making a note when signing, stating the condition of the parcel.

  • Right to cancel and return items

After payment for the goods has been received, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days from that date without giving any reason. However, we kindly ask you to inform us about your wish and reason to cancel by phone or email

If you wish to cancel your order, you must notify us within 14 days from the day you placed your order. If your order has already been dispatched, please return it without delay to the address stated below and be aware that the refund will ONLY be for the initial cost of the goods, excluding our shipping cost:

In order to ensure an adequately protected return, we recommend you to send your items back to us in an appropriate packaging. Be aware that all shipping costs for returned items are the customers' responsibility. 

 

Please note that we will reimburse the cost of the goods excluding our shipping costs within 14 days only after receipt of the cancelled goods, provided you return them in the conditions specified under “Returned items”.

Reimbursements are made using PayPal as per your initial transaction.

 

  • Returned items

All items should be returned new, unused and with all garment tags still attached.

All goods dispatched are new and unused, for hygiene reasons once worn they cannot be returned or exchanged. We reserve the right to refuse any refund where returned goods arrive in a condition different from that as originally dispatched.

 

  • Late returned items

Please note that if you fail to return the cancelled goods within the given time period of 14 days, we will be unable to reimburse the initial cost of the goods.

 

  • Exchanges

Please be informed that it is not possible to exchange any item purchased. However, if you cancel your order and return the unwanted item(s) in compliance with the terms and conditions above, you can place a new order for the item(s) you want.
