HOW DO I MAKE A PURCHASE?
Shopping at www.casa-italia.com is easy:
Once you have found an item, select your size and use the “Add to bag” button below.
Review the items in your shopping bag by selecting the “Shopping Bag” link at the top of the page. You can either revise the quantity of each pair you wish to purchase or remove items from your purchasing list altogether.
Click on “Checkout” to complete your order.
HOW DO I KNOW THAT THE PRODUCTS SOLD ARE AUTHENTIC?

HOW DO I KNOW IF AN ITEM IS IN STOCK?
All items are in stock unless the button "Out of stock" is displayed. Please be aware that even if an item is in your shopping bag, it can still be bought by another customer until you have completed your order.
HOW DO I PAY?
Payment can only be made through PayPal. At the checkout you will be redirected to PayPal’s official website which will handle your transaction on behalf of CASA ITALIA LTD. You can choose to pay either with your PayPal account or with a debit and/or credit card.

WHICH COUNTRIES DOES CASA ITALIA LTD SHIP TO?
CASA ITALIA LTD ships to all countries within the European Economic Area (EEA).
WHICH CURRENCY WILL I BE CHARGED IN?
All orders will be debited in GBP (pounds sterling).
HOW MUCH CUSTOMS DUTIES AND TAXES WILL I HAVE TO PAY?
All prices stated on www.casa-italia.com are in GBP (pounds sterling) and include UK VAT at the current applicable rate. Since CASA ITALIA LTD only ships to countries within the European Economic Area (EEA), please note that no customs duties and/or import taxes will be charged.

CAN MY ORDER BE DELIVERD TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?
It is not possible to ship to multiple addresses. If your order requires shipment to different delivery addresses, you will need to place separate orders for each individual address.

HOW SOON CAN I GET MY ORDER AND HOW MUCH WILL IT COST?
We aim to dispatch your goods the next working day from receipt of the order. In general, it will take up to 7 working days for your order to be delivered.

IS MY PACKAGE INSURED?
All items are insured against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit from CASA ITALIA LTD up to the point of delivery to the shipping address stated by you. Once your items have been delivered to the specified address and signed for, they are no longer covered by insurance.
If your parcel is damaged upon arrival, we recommend either refusing the delivery, or make a note when signing, stating the condition of the parcel.

HOW CAN I ADD ITEMS TO AN EXISTING ORDER?
It is not possible to combine orders or add items to an existing order. If you wish to receive all your items at once, you will need to cancel your order(s) and place a new order which contains all the items you require.
HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
All items should be returned new, unused and with all garment tags still attached. We will not accept merchandise which does not comply with the above specified conditions. Furthermore, to ensure that your return is adequately protected in transit, we recommend you send your item(s) back to us in an appropriate packaging. Be aware that all shipping costs for returned items are the customers' responsibility.

IS MY PERSONAL DATA KEPT PRIVATE?
Be informed that we will not ask you to state any personal details when placing an order. All information regarding your shippment as well as your payment will be collected by PayPal. At no point will CASA ITALIA LTD store any information relating to payments, as this is the responsibility of PayPal. However, please note that PayPal does provides us with your shipping address in order for us to be able to process and deliver the items you ordered.
